Deputy Jeff Wallace and K9 Fasco

Fasco is the Rusk County Sheriff's Department's canine.  He has been with the department  since September 2003.  Fasco was born March 24, 2002, in Slovakia.  He began his training September 3, 2003, in Fort Collins, Colorado, and completed it September 26, 2003.  Fasco finished "Top Dog" in his class. 

Fasco is trained to detect drugs, search, track and protect his handler.  Fasco is certified by the United States Police Canine Association (USPCA).

Fasco lives with his handler Deputy Jeff Wallace and his family in Bruce.  They are on call 24/7/365.  Deputy Wallace has been a canine handler for Rusk County since November 2002.
