Sheriff Sales
All sales conducted by the Rusk County Sheriff's Office are held in the Law Enforcement Center lobby at 311 Miner Avenue East, Ladysmith, Wisconsin, unless otherwise noted.

Civil Process Service Fees
$50 for an individual to be served per case number.
$25 for any or each additional person to be served at the same address. The case number must be the same case number as the first individual to be served.
$75 for posting a sheriff's sale.
$75 for conducting a sheriff's sale.
*All papers to be served require pre-payment unless you have an open account with the Rusk County Sheriff's Department.*
