FORESTRY SECRETARY / BOOKEEPER
The Rusk County Forestry Department has a vacancy for a 75% time Secretary-Bookkeeper Position. This position is responsible for a number of varied management, bookkeeping and administrative procedures pertaining to the department and its practices.
Duties include prepare budgets, maintaining timber sale contracts, campground reservations, recording meeting minutes, providing clerical support for the department, and public assistance relating to parks, recreational trails, and forestry work.
QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a minimum Technical Degree in accounting or 4 years experience in a related field. Substantial experience in using Excel and Microsoft Computer Programs.
SALARY AND BENEFITS: The salary for this ¾ time -time position will be
$ 16.09/hr. Benefits include pro-rated paid annual leave, sick leave, paid holidays,
a retirement plan and health insurance.
