Home Health Care (Ladysmith and Rusk County)

After opening its doors in 1976, the Rusk County Home Care staff has served over 3700 county residents, providing nursing services to those in need in their homes. It has been a service that has been provided with pride and dignity. We are now at a time that this service can no longer sustain itself due to many factors; mainly reimbursements, and the Health & Human Service Board and the County Board has made the decision to phase out and close the Home Care program, which will be effective December 31, 2017.

Lakeview Medical Center Home Care and Hospice will be serving the residents of Rusk County now and have an array of services that can be offered, including Hospice.
