The County Clerk is a Constitutional Officer elected by the voters of Rusk County.

The County Clerk's Office provides information and services to the General Public, the County Board of Supervisors and County Employees. Acting as an agent and representative for the State of Wisconsin through a means of support, education, and insight to the operations of County Government.

The County Clerk's Office is responsible for the following:

• County Dog Licensing and License Records
• County Board Agenda and Minutes
• Election Administration
• Compiling the Annual Directory
• Tax Deed (Including County Land Sales)
